I used both Firefox on my Debian at home, and Chrome on a Windows PC in 
my breaks at work. Unless I missed something, I saw the same behaviour 
on both. I can give more details, if I know what to report.
As for my workflow, it is mostly what Thomas suggested, so I usually 
review first and translate after.

As I said, I understand the reasoning behind the "Message first", I just 
hoped later on it could just stick to the tabs used for the 
translations/reviews. Going back to the workflow, once I saw the 
messages, I can move to the review work, and being brought back to the 
messages means 1 click more - not the end of the world, but it sums up 
when doing a lot of reviews.
