Hi Grzegorz, thanks for your translation. For more elegant handling, you can clone the Debian/adduser repository, commit in your clone and file a merge request from there. Or, you can use the reportbug tool to send your translation as an issue in the Debian Bug Tracking System. In this case, I have imported your translation manually, that was the most easy way to do it now. I am only mentioning those alternatives for your information.
