kicker-applets package depends of xmms

More on xmms dependencies.

This case is more obvious because there is one multimedia applet that controls 
xmms. But also controls noatun. Then is the same that kopete, xmms is not 
fundamental to make the whole package to work, and then IMHO should be on 
"suggest" or "recomends".
