Hy all!

Ok you got a typo :) mouose has to be mouse

further, when you install the Orth KDE binaries PLZ! install X4.3

Remove all KDE components you are going to update (as shown on the 
opendoor site) and then alter /etc/apt/sources.list (remove the default, 
and i hope you run unstable) by typing a # before the rule.
put the orth, experimental X souces, and all the other sources you need  
in there to, save the file and apt-get update.

you will find some dependency problems, but they can be solved, and if 
you realy can't find what you are looking for:
www.debian.org/distrib/packages to dl all the mess you need.

Installing packages that you need by hand takes a while (had to do it to 
update my kde too... sometimes the install wont work.

has to do with some apps...

Hey guys!

something else too

I updated everything now, got Debian / Unstable (testing) / X4.3 / KDE 
3.2 / Kernel 2.6 etc etc..

But KDED seems to take over the cpu when it launches sometimes (haven't 
had the time to investigate) but my friends, laptop just hangs a LOT 
cause  kded takes up alllll cpu.

also: the ACPI docking app messes with my sound.
real strange, but again all cpu is used if acpid hangs.

And some more: after i updated (and i realy cant seem to get what's 
causing this) aviplayer sometimes chrashes on random movies, had no 
problems with kde2/x4.2 (kernel does not matther)
