broken apt-get update .. on knoppix 3.3

The apt-get update is not running proberly on my knx-hdinstall.
After runing apt-get update it end saying that it could not complete the
updates and is reverting to an older versioin..

When i do an apt-get install , it does not install complaing that it can't
continue because of libc ..

Anyone know how to fix this ?
