Cheatcode.txt Making bootfloppy with dd=....

Hallo,

I just downloaded 3.4 and it is a GREAT piece of work! And it has been a
lot of work, too. So Thank you all!

But the cheatcode.txt is not updated. There is still the dd command
mentioned for making boot floppies. Some people could be irritated when
they try to rtfm. Btw the gmt option is not mentioned at all.
