src:tbb on mips

Hi there,

src:tbb was uploaded over the week end. We've included a patch to fix
compilation on mips and powerpc (see #787084 for details). Everything
went -finally- fine on powerpc.

However I was suprised to see test failures on mips:

Technically tbb on mips has never worked so this is not a regression,
but I'd be interested in feedback from mips guru on the tests
failures.
