This looks like the machine was installed before the time64_t [1] transition
and you have updated it in a while. You can either try to puzzle this back
into order with the help of Debian snapshots [2] or reinstall the machine
with a newer image.

For example, libssl3 is called these days [3]. The fact that your is not, is
an indicator you haven't updated this machine for a long time.
