I think I should also mention there are many different usages of traditiona=
l and simplified Chinese, but cannot be found in the OpenCC.
For example:

The Row and Column
in traditional Chinese is '=E5=88=97' and '=E8=A1=8C'
in simplified Chinese is '=E8=A1=8C' and '=E5=88=97'
And the **command line** should be translated from "=E5=91=BD=E4=BB=A4=
=E8=A1=8C" to "=E6=8C=87=E4=BB=A4=E5=88=97" in translating from simplified =
to traditional.

Yes, that is exactly different in these two languages. It is not one-to-one=
 and onto translation, it is different in some sematics.

There is another example:
The **free software** is not only "free" but also "freedom"[1].
Therefore we should translate the **free** into =E8=87=AA=E7=94=B1=E4=B8=
=94=E5=85=8D=E8=B2=BB.
