If you meant it's removed when you upgrade Qt6 to 6.8.2 and were trying to ask about the Qt6 transition status then you can track it at https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/qt6base-abi-6.8.2.html and you shouldn't expect everything to be rebuilt at once, or even marked as needing a rebuild, because transition binNMUs are scheduled in stages based on the dependency levels.
