I would like not use other distros, only Gobo. But I use the GoboLinux not with the KDE, but with the SithWM. Now I try/probe make the 014.01 up-to-date via the LFS. Namely, I downloaded all sources from the wget-list of LFS, and I reboot into the GoboLinux LiveCD, mount the SDA3 partition of my HDD (this is the place of my existing/installed Gobo system), and try freshen/refresh it from the LiveCD in CHROOT environment. Of course, I need use the goboPrefix for the SymlinkProgram. I refresh the packages in the order of the LFS. I not know, this success me or not. I am not expert hacker, only "power user". But, if I have success, and have an working new Gobo, without KDE but with X and SithWM, I fork the GoboLinux, in name "SaraswatiLinux", because as I see, the original Gobo-developers not mind/care for it. I think, the biggest toughness for me only this damned Udev, I can surmount others. I am angry for the Gobo developers, about/because of theirs slowness/laziness/indolence/sluggard. I am incensed, indignant! I trusted GoboLinux, I learned it, I translated it into a Hungarian language, I wrote a book about it, but the developers left the lurch. Let them be ashamed of themselves!
