GoboLinux 015 on VMware - Kernel panic

Hello

I am trying to run GoboLinux 015 on VMware.

The live CD works, even the X. Installation completed without any
errors (tried typical as well as full installs).

After installation, when I boot into the new VM, the screen is frozen
at the 'starting gobolinux' grub screen.

When I change the grub boot entry (the last line: linux ...) and
remove the 'console=/dev/null' kernel parameter, I get the error in
the screenshot.

Not sure if it's of any help, my caps-lock key is toggling (I see the
caps-on/of indicator continuously on my screen) when the VM is hung.

Please let me know if I did something wrong.
