Enlightenment (E19) is very configurable.

Thinhs like Pop-ups, single or double click, menu icons, etc, can be
changed in the Settings, easily.

Settings are a bit confusing, because there are lots of options
available,but E19 is meant to be very customisable.

Have you checked the Enlightenment web site?
