well - until I have done the changes in submaster, there is no need for you
to do anything.. this includes: do not upgrade to subversion 1.2.0

the new submaster version will work with the old and the new svn version
(as long as 'svm' is there). I do not know yet if recreation of the local
repositories will be needed, I can't tell that before looking into
implementing the new mechanism..
