Cause of lack on time I will stop active development on ROCK

Hi everybody,

as you noticed the complete last year, I had not much time for 
developing on ROCK.
So I decided to stop active development on ROCK.

But don't be frigthen, if I coincidentally see that a package in my 
repository needs an update, I will send a patch when I have time. But 
this can take some weeks/months...

To optimize packages updates, please be free to take over maintainace or 
send an update, because most of the you will be faster than I, I believe.
