submaster errors

Hi,

submaster reports errors for each patch upload which prevents the info mails 
being sent and the local patchfiles are not removed. That's why I posted 
duplicates yesterday. Sorry I was not aware of these patchfiles still lying 
around. Below is the submaster output:
