Which ones exactly?

There are three menu points in stone.

On the command line there are:

xf86cfg
xf86config
XFree86 -configure

If you miss those you have not installed xfree86 ...

Ouhm - the grub stone modules need some work - maybe the lilo, too. (I
never used it.)
