Dear Rene,

Hi,

I'm sorry for not replying to any mail and promptly. I'm currently

No problem, at all, I know that... ;-) My messages were meant to be status
reports and general questions. If something happens that I need urgent help
for, I'll yell... ;-)

I'v tried to follow your suggestion and added a few lines of code into the
Check-System script. It checks for makeinfo now. I tried to provide the
patch via submaster. But: This is the first time I have ever made a patch
for any open source project, and it is the very first time that I have used
Subversion and Submaster. Therefore it would certainly be a very good idea,
if someone of you could take a look at the results before applying the
patch. Please let me know, if I made a mistake. I want to learn, but the
learning curve is a bit steep... ;-)

I did:

I haven't included the other check you talked about. I left that patch for
your girlfriend... ;-)

Thanks again for your kind support.
