long before, was one of the first packages i installed on top of the
fresh system. IIRC it was 1.4.* whereas *<5
i updated to 1.4.5 around mid march in hope it would solve the problem 
but it doesn't.
so yes, installation was before qt/kde update, but the crash also
occured before.
