Also mine-0.17 (in trunk since a few days) comes with the first working
implementation of rocket. Now it is possible to define a list of binary
package archives in /etc/rocket.conf and e.g. run:

(1)	rocket update
(2)	rocket install subversion

where (1) will (re-)fetch the package descriptions from the configured
archives and (2) will upgrade/install the subversion package.
