I tried the driver from
 http://domsch.com/linux/aacraid/aacraid-2003-04-25-test.tgz
but to quickly summarize the results, it:
- didn't seem to handle my DLT drive on the second channel,
- gave the debug messages, and
- after my first "reboot", it did a kernel panic.

So I got an additional (Tekram DC-395U) UW kontroller and
(after some driver hunting an kernel patching) I made the DLT
work, [so the DLT is suppose to work].
I will have the server at my posession for about 1 more week,
so I can do some more testing if anything comes up.
