dell poweredge 2650 raid controller with rh6.2

hi,
i downloaded the driver n put it into a diskette. I follow the 
intruction to load the driver during installation of rh6.2. The driver 
is not loaded...why?
BTW, what is rh6.2sbe2 version? Is it same with the one that i bought 
from RedHat?
I need to install the linux on the PE2650 urgently....

Anyone can help?
