Ahh, indeed. Because DKMS uses the canonical location
/lib/modules/{kernelversion}/build which is a pointer to the kernel source,
if you don't have the kernel-BOOT-2.4.18-3.i386.rpm installed, that
directory won't exist, thus no pointer to the source (yes, the pointer will
be to the same /usr/src/linux-2.4.18-3).
Simply rpm -ivh kernel-BOOT-2.4.13-3.i386.rpm and it should work.
