Short Answer: Don't worry about it. Long Answer: This message is a print that is requested from the Firmware of the Adapter, fulfilled by the Driver via the AIF mechanism. This is viewed as debug information from the Firmware and the ability to print these messages has been ifdefed out of future drivers. The message itself is a result of the firmware noticing that the ATU (Address Translation Unit) has been reprogrammed, disabled or the bridge has momentarily denied it access to the bus. The ATU is the interface on the Adapter to the PCI bus. This behavior is typical as the adapter is initialized and sized and only represents a serious problem when this activity occurs at runtime. But this is in itself a catch-22, as the adapter issues these print requests via the AIF mechanism; which it could not if this primary ATU error was a persistent problem ... At runtime it is but a ghost screaming help me, help me ...
