Hi all,

It is a long time ago I have sended a mail to this
list but just one info about what you said. I just
contacted Seagate to get new firmware for my disk and
I got it the same day but I also sended my mail to
Adaptec Support and they confirmed to me that there is
no new firmware upgrade ....

So is the firmware upgrade from Seagate so interesting
... in my case ???

For info, my config ...

Motherboard TYAN S2468GN ( 1Go Memory DDR-226 )
Ctrl SCSI Adaptec 5400s v1.0[build 5262]
4 x Seagate Cheetah 15K.3 ST318453LC ( Firmware v 3 )
