"Internal Target Failure" errors from aacraid.

Hi all.

These errors are showing up in my /var/log/messages, kernel 2.4.18-smp:

I'm getting worried that this might be a disk error or something equally
scary (this is our company's database server and having it go down would
be devastating).  I'm running RedHat 7.3 on a Dell PowerEdge 2650.

Could anybody shed some light on this?  Thanks in advance,
