Hello,

I tried to add a legacy disk to PowerEdge2400 with PERC2/Si online, but I
couldn't. OS is RedHat7.0 and afaapps version is 2.1.

# rpm -q afaapps
afaapps-2.1-1

First, I aded a formated disk with ext2 to PERC2/Si's enclosure. With afacli, I
did commands below. A legacy disk's SCSI ID is 2.

But I couldn't fdisk -l /dev/sdb1 or mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt/sdb1.

I know when I restart the server I can use /dev/sdb1.

But I want to know how to add a legacy disk with online. Anyone know how to do
this?

Thanks, Teruo
