No. Be careful to use the same WEP key length and, if you run any device
under Windows, be aware that some config tools _generate_ the WEP key from
some feed - you must enter the same key in hex on all peers.

If you still (long time since your question) own both Prism and Ralink
devices, you might consider to run ethereal on the Prism to watch the
communication between the Atmel and the Ralink device.
