Re: kernel 2.6.12 - TX packets:0

	Did you make sure to rebuild and reinstall the driver?  I have the same device on a 2.6.12 notebook (but maybe different USB (you are OHCI?) chipset).  I'm going away for a few days but I'll check all this when I come back.
