Hi everybody,
I have some problems to compile the at76c503a driver on my debian system.
I have installed it with the netinst image of the Sarge release (3.10r2).
Without anything else that the basic installed packages.
My kernel version is 2.4.27 and my gcc version is 3.3.5.
If you want to know it's for making a WUSB11 v2.6 device works.
My problem is :
xxx@xxx:~/at76c503-0.11$ make
gcc -MD -O2 -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -pipe -fno-strict-aliasing -fno-commo=
n
-Wn
o-sign-compare -Wno-unused -D__KERNEL__ -DMODULE -DEXPORT_SYMTAB

xxx@xxx:~/at76c503-0.11$
I have googled all day but I haven't found anything that solved my problem
not even a little clue.
So I ask you. Could you help me to fix this thing?
Should I install some extra packages?
Should I install another compilator of change the version of mine?
Should I install another Linux distro?
Should I buy a new computer?
Should I change of wife?
Everything you'll say, I'll execute it.
Thank you for all the answers you'll surelly give to me.
love
seb.
