Please see the CVS version.  The firmware is still compiled into the
driver by default (this is likely to change soon), but if you prefer to
load it at the runtime, fwutils/README should provide the necessary
information.  The top-level README still needs a serious update, sorry.

I've upgraded it to 1.103.2-175.  Maybe it would work better?
