switch on debugging in at76c503.o (see the support/troubleshooting link on
http://at76c503a.berlios.de/ for details - sorry, I'm too tired
to type it again) 0x180003 is a good value, try again and post your syslog
(incl. kern.debug) together with the SSID of your access point.

impossible, uhci/ohci are determined by the hardware.
