Is there a problem with the CVS version?

I've just finished helping a guy get his Belkin F5D6050 (version 2) working.
We started off using the latest CVS, but it failed with messages like
"wlan0: get_cmd_status failed: -84
wlan0: set_card_command (CMD_RADIO) failed: -110"

and a wlan1 device appears as well as a wlan0

We went back to the 0.11 version and that worked fine.

Running Mandrake 9.2 with 2.4.22-26mdk kernel
(old Mandrake drivers were removed)
