I've decided that it is seriously time for a system upgrade, and all the 
indications are that 64bit is the way to go.  Is there any reason that the 
at76c503a drivers (under SUSE 9.1 when it arrives) will not work with my 
Belkin F5D6050U ver.100.

I currently have no operational problems with the 0.11 drivers under kernel 
2.4.21, and am aware that I need to go to 0.12 with kernel 2.6.
