Hello everyone. I've had the aforementioned device working on the same computer before with this driver, running redhat 9. However, because I like to experiment a bit, the same system with the same hardware is now running the aforementioned device. It's got kernel 2.6.3-2.1.253.2.1 which is what came with the os, and I'm trying to use the CVS version of the driver, which I just checked out a few days on another computer, zipped up, and transferred over to the one I'm trying to run it on. (It currently doesn't have internet, hence the need for the wireles...) It shows its version as "v0.12beta11" when I make it. What happens is (sorry I can't dmesg output to this email) I plug in the device and it freezes. Other times it has complained about unexpected opcode 224 and unexpected opcode 1x6, my memory is fuzzy :( so I will get you all more precise details later on. Also complains in dmesg ( when it doesn't freeze) about a config descriptor being too short. Any ideas? I will get ! more useful information as soon as it stops crashing on me and I find my usb key... It's on my desk here, I know it is. Thanks in advance, and keep up the great work so far :) _______________________________________________ Join Excite! - http://www.excite.com The most personalized portal on the Web!
