No arp replies

Hello,
I have problems with the network connectivity with tho computers:
iwconfig looks okay to me:

The problem is, the servers can't ping each other:
Using tcpdump on the interfaces I see on both sides arp requests:
21:06:52.322566 arp who-has bla-wlan tell blubb-wlan
21:06:53.322229 arp who-has bla-wlan tell blubb-wlan
21:06:54.321914 arp who-has bla-wlan tell blubb-wlan
But there are no arp replies. Routing can't be an issue, the servers are in the same net.
Any help would be appreciated!
