Hi all,

I am traying to get my two Netgear MA101 working. My kernel version is 2.4.20
and I am trying this atmelwlandriver-ss-20030613 modules.

I edited src/includes/usb/vnetusba.h and changed the following two lines:
#define VNetVID                 0x864
#define VNetPID_RFMD            0x4102

If I now start the maschine I get this msg in:
-------------- BEGINNING ---------------
hub.c: new USB device 00:07.2-1, assigned address 3
usb.c: USB device 3 (vend/prod 0x864/0x4102) is not claimed by any active
driver.
usb.c: registered new driver usbvnetr
usb vendor/product=864/4102
usb-uhci.c: interrupt, status 2, frame# 137
vnet_kernel.c: Reseting Usb Device
usb.c: USB disconnect on device 00:07.2-1 address 3
vnet_kernel.c: Reset completed.
usb.c: selecting invalid configuration 1
vnet_kernel.c: Set configuration failed
vnet.c: Device Reset failed
vnetusba.c: device initialization failed
hub.c: new USB device 00:07.2-1, assigned address 4
usb.c: invalid descriptor length of 0
usb.c: unable to get device 4 configuration (error=-22)
hub.c: new USB device 00:07.2-1, assigned address 5
usb.c: invalid descriptor length of 0
usb.c: unable to get device 5 configuration (error=-22)
------------- END --------------

But after starting the hotplug service he insert the usbvnetr modul. On my
notebook nothing happend (I cannot use the device) on an other machine I get
kernel panic.

Anyone got a solution or a hint for me?

Best regards,
   Magnus
