I've released a new version of the eepro100-diag program.

  ftp://ftp.scyld.com/pub/diag/eepro100-diag.c

The CVS entry is
________________
eepro100-diag.c:v2.11 8/27/2002

Added entries for IDs 1039, 103a and a wildcard match for 103*.

Implemented a check for registers returning 0xffff, and warn the user that
this is likely not the chip's register contents.

If I get a few successful reports I'll add the new IDs to the released
driver.
