magic command bit 0xC0000001...

 Hello,
in eepro100.c linux driver I couldn't get the command bit  0xC0000001
used in rxf->status..

1.rxf->status = cpu_to_le32(0xC0000001)
or 
2.last_rxf->status = cpu_to_le32(0xC0000002)
