I did a google.com search and came up with your post about this problem in several different places, and I was wondering if you ever found out what was going on in that situation, or if not, what you did to resolve it. I have a bandwidth manager for our network and it is running a P-III 800 MHz with Redhat 7.3 which is having the same problem. Jonathan
