I tried one and it didnt work, but i'm not sure the cable was good. Going to 
try again with another cable.

Its not managed and port 16 should have no special configuration.

Yes, i tried e100.o and it has the same problem. Also, when on port 16, the 
switch & card show link (the leds light up) right on the POST screen. On 
another port, the leds never light up. Its almost surely hardware.

I cant. The non working one is onboard.
