communication freeze after send sms

Hi,

For 2 days I try to send sms but at the end of the send sms process the 
communcation freeze, and the sms goes in the air only after cable 
unpluged. Nothing found on Internet about this diagnostic.

I did tests with a Raspberry Pi 1 running "Raspbian", a laptop running 
"Ubuntu 14.04 LTS" and phones "Samsumg Galaxy Y (Broadcom GT-S5360)" and 
"Nokia 6303i classic". The problem occurs with each couple of hardware.

AT commands work fine, the problem occurs at the end of sms send 
process, after the crtl+z : the communication is freezed until I do a 
ctrl+c or a kill. And the writed sms goes on the air when I unplug the 
phone ; so that mean the communication was fine, but not finished.

I lost lost lost.
