Availability of documentation for "service commands" for HP OJ line

Hi.

I just had occasion to need to consult HP Tech Support because my
OJ 7130 fax function was picking up certain calls (those on some cell
and cordless phones) after the voice portion of the call was already
established. The tech told me to hit "*#" at the same time, and then
enter 1, 2, 3. This brought me into a service menu with a whole range
of functions and parameters for different things, some obvious, some
not.

Naturally, according to the tech, this service menu is "not user
serviceable" and has no available documentation. But obviously it does.
Is there a way to get hands on it somewhere, somehow? Maybe the APDK or
some such?

thx,
jbh
