network scanning still broken?

Hi,

I know it was on the list a while ago, but I'm not sure if it's still 
broken or if I missed it.
Scanning to my HP OfficeJet generates following error:

 > scanimage -L
device `hpaio:/net/OfficeJet__K60?ip=192.168.2.11' is a hp 
OfficeJet__K60 multi-function peripheral

 > scanimage  
scanimage: sane_start: Device busy

 > tail -1 /var/log/messages
.Sep 16 11:27:14 localhost scanimage: warning HP-SCAN channel already 
closed: scan/sane/hpaio.c 518

Does anybody know what the problem is?
