WPA and ipw2200-1.1.3

I think i got it. The problem seems to be a race condition introduced by 
feature "Reassociate even if set the same essid". It happens when you 
try to associate to a network you were connected before (same ssid).

I tried restoring the 5 lines that prevented reassociation in 
ipw_wx_set_essid() and now it works fine.

Now we should think how to keep reassociation feature without breaking 
wpa_supplicant, if it's worth it.
