ipw3945 drivers for devicescape stack testing?

Hello (mostly Intel) folks,

I just read on linux-netdev, that there are somewhat working development
drivers inside Intel, that make the 3945 work on d80211 instead of the
"old" 80211 stack. Are these drivers (even though they might be alpha)
available for playing/testing?

Is there any work going on to port the 2[21]cards to d80211?
