Re: git-grab-overlay calls deprecated git-checkout-cache

Okay,

The git tree appears to be very out-of-date.  I guess you all either moved
on to some other revision control system, or maybe decided to not make the
latest development public.  

I think git tree clones are nice to keep up to speed with the latest changes
(slightly more convenient than going to the web page and downloading all
the necessary tarballs.

Anyway, keep me posted on the status of source distribution through a
revision control system.
