please have a look at 
http://www.informatik.uni-mannheim.de/pi4/projects/loclib/ . There, you will 
find the loclib sources (loclib-0.7.src.tar.gz). Inside 
the /loclib/src/org/pi4/loclib/jni/wlan_pcap.cpp file, we do actually what 
you want to do. The source code is documented a little bit. I hope this helps 
you.
