I'm interested in this. I changed the atheros card in my T40p against
a 2915ABG. After this change I'm not able to use the LED anymore.
Tested with modprobe ipw2200 led=1. Wireless works fine btw.

The led worked with the atheros card and madwifi driver before.

Anyone have a similar setup and get it working?

It seems there are some its in the madwifi driver led code that needs
ported to ipw2200. :) Any pointers for this problem?
