Hi, When I insert the ipw2200.ko into kernel, I got this error message: ****************************************************************** Using /lib/modules/2.6.15-sigma/kernel/net/ieee80211/ieee80211.ko ieee80211: 802.11 data/management/control stack, git-1.1.7 ieee80211: Copyright (C) 2004-2005 Intel Corporation <[email protected]> Using /lib/modules/2.6.15-sigma/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/ipw2200.ko ipw2200: Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200/2915 Network Driver, git-1.0.8 ipw2200: Copyright(c) 2003-2005 Intel Corporation PCI: Enabling device 0000:00:03.0 (0000 -> 0002) PCI: Setting latency timer of device 0000:00:03.0 to 64 ipw2200: Detected Intel PRO/Wireless 2915ABG Network Connection ipw2200: ipw-2.4-boot.fw load failed: Reason -2 ipw2200: Unable to load firmware: -2 ipw2200: failed to register network device ipw2200: probe of 0000:00:03.0 failed with error -5 **************************************************************** I use Intel 2915ABG card and used at an embedded system. The kernel version is 2.6.15. There is no /etc/hotplug directory, and no firmware.agent too. I don't know where to place the firmware files, and I place the firmware files to /lib/firmware like at PC. Can anyone give me some advice?
